Always Satisfied till NOW ! ! ! Word is Corporate is changing/adding new menu items and removing old favorites. Gone the Pecan Pie and soon gone is the Bone-in Ham . . . Why ? What's next taking away the Steal-Cut Oatmeal. YOU are forcing me to dine at theBlack Bear Cafe. Do YOU want that? Then ask your customers what should be kept.

Our waitress was very nice and even remembered our orders from previous visits.

Great food and atmosphere

The staff members are always so friendly and courteous. I've always gotten quick service with a smile, no matter how busy the staff members are during the busy weekend hours. I've always believed when you have a great crew, you have a great leader! The manager, Jorge, is a great role model for his staff members! He's always visible, working hard, and will also make time to thank me for my business.

We were seated quickly. The server was very friendly and helped us with the menu. He also made sure we were ok throughout our breakfast.

Great value for money and good quality food and drinks. A nice quiet area.

I'm a regular three times a month at least and am always satisfied. In many years of dinning at Shari's I've only been disappointed once.

Sharon, the server who took my order was very pleasant and coherent. She repeated my order to ensure the correctness that I later obtained. Sharon was fantastic!

The service was quick. The person that helped us was friendly, patient and informative with pamphlets she gave us.
