The team member service was excellent. The 2 for 25 offer price was excellent. The food selections and taste was also excellent. I love Shari's in San Bruno, CA!

Shari's has been our favourite restaurant for many years. The service is wonderful, varied menu, and of course--best pies in town! We have one waitress we always ask for....but everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with orders.

My servers name was Mouhamad, he was excelent. You could not ask for better service. He was quick, friendly, knowledgable about the menu, and easy to communicate with.

My sweetheart and I decided to eat at Shari's tonight for the Valentine's Day steak and Scampi dinner special which included soup or salad, loaded mashed potatoes, vegetables and a slice of pie for dessert. I had been to this Shari's a few times in the past for a meal but was never impressed. Both my honey and I were extremely impressed this visit as we had ample portions, the steaks were cooked and seared to perfection with lots of flavor and the shrimp scampi were very flavorful and not overpowering like Red Lobster cooks them. Your loaded mashed potatoes were much tastier than Chili's does them and the crumbled bacon on top of them had a delicious hickory flavor. My decaf coffee was very flavorful and we were very pleased. Thank you!

Always good food at reasonable prices.

I know the wait staff. They are very friendly and use humor well. My food was not on the menu as is, but they made me a BLT sandwich without any questions.

The server we had this evening was outstanding. He is probably the best we've experienced. He offered suggestions for my dessert cravings and was attentive and polite as well as efficient.
