always a good evperience

I went to the restroom, was gone a while, returned and table was cleared. Waitress fixed it immediately upon bringing it to her attention. She didn't know what happened, she didn't clear it, someone else did. Promptly bringing me my half order of French toast I had left behind on my unfinished plate. Best French toast since Walker Brother's Pancake House in Schaumburg, Illinois!! Waitress' tag reads Annie. Ticket reads Annabe20.

Michelle was very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our meals very much. We had the new dish ...hasbrowns with ham and scrambled eggs with hollendaise sauce. Absolutely superb!keep it on the menu!

Food was good, and a value; Michelle, my waitperson, was extremely professional, quick, friendly, and just a pro. She is a tribute to your organization.

The service was excellent, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant. And all of the people asked me how was the service.

My son and I come here frequently because the food is always good and the service is pretty darn good. Took a wee bit longer to get the food this time, but we were not in a hurry, so that was okay.

OUR WAITRESS WAS 359767 MICHELLE WAS WONDERFUL. SHE WAS FRIENDLY. EVEN THOUGH WE MADE SOME ALTERATIONS TO THE MENU ITEMS SHE GOT IT ALL CORRECT. WHEN WE RETURN WE HOPE TO SEE HER AGAIN.

After going to your store in the southern end of Bend AND NEVER GETTING WAITED ON after 30 minutes with 5 occupied booths, I thought I'd try your other Bend store. Michelle #359767 was wonderful! Perhaps if that South store had employees like Michelle, there would be more than 5 occupied booths and customers wouldn't leave as I did
