Shari's

We were seated promptly, and our server was very responsive. Whenever we go to this Shari's we generally receive superb service, which we received on this visit. Our servers knowledge of our preferences was particularly impressing.

We are always greeted at entry to the restaurant and seating is fairly fast. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The manager, Paul, is attentive and on the ball. This visit all we had was pie. Usually we have dinner and it is always hot and tasty.

We were seated quickly. Logan W, our server was fantastic! Got us water and coffee first thing. Answered our questions about menu items. Our order was brought quickly and hot and delicious. We choose to take our pie to go. Logan made sure we had forks and napkins. Thank you Logan for you excellent service.

Fast service. Value for money. Clean atmosphere.

The food was good.and the the service was great.

Our server, Michelle of Bend North, was extremely polite and patient. She, deftly and smoothly, worked through a minor bump and exhibited professional mannerisms. It made for an excellent experience for my wife and myself. We will be back, knowing that Shari's Cafe has highly qualified staff. Our t-bone was cooked just right.

I love my server. They make great recommendations. They are flexible and understanding.

Michelle, my waitress, after seating me, offered a choice of raspberry or mango ice tea. She then asked if I would like an appetizer, I chose the salmon chowder, she checked back with me to see how it was and let her know it was very delicious. She then took my order. I asked her the hours that Manager, Mark Boltz, would be in the restaurant as I had something I wanted to give him. She gave me the hours. After finishing my meal she checked to see how it was, let her know I also wanted to add a whole lemon meringue pie to my bill. She brought me the receipt and the pie and let me know my club card would reflect the discount on the pie upon payment. She highlighted in green the special offers, and how to complete the survey. Let her know my plans were to return Friday evening for the prime rib. She also supplied me with some small containers I requested to take home the condiments. Excelllent Service!
