Orders the Farmers Special with crisp bacon. The bacon was overcooked and you could tell it had been cooked long before our order went in. We ordered crisp not boards.

There's always room for improvement. there was nothing specific that was wrong with the meal or the service. Serever Michelle (359767) was terrific.

I thought my expletive was good. My waitress was great and very attintive. My food was good and brought in a timely mannor.

A "Highly Satisfied" response is reserved for someone who would do a back-flip. I was simply satisfied with everything. However, this particular waitress could of came by our table more just to see how our visit was going that evening. Its called customer service...

The service was definitely adequate, but nothing about the service from anyone could really be classified as “great.” The greeter said hello to us as we entered, but not enthusiastically or genuinely; the server was nice... but we didn’t feel special in any way-we just seemed like a faceless group of people who she HAD to serve because that was her job. When she accidentally brought out the wrong side with my daughter’s entree, I politely pointed it out and asked if we could get the correct side. She said “Oh, that’s coming” and just turned around and left. She did bring the correct item back to our table, but didn’t take ownership of the issue or apologize in any way. It wasn’t a big deal, but I wasn’t impressed with how she handled it at all. The manager stopped by our table before we left, and he was really quite kind and friendly. If more staff were like him, I’d have rated our entire experience as highly satisfied!

Our first waitress came and told us she was gong on break that another waitress would come by. She never did stop to check in.
