I don't think that a waitress that cannot see past there own self in dealing with people , should keep there appenoiun to them selfs....

This is without doubt, the best Shari's in the chain. Far better than any other we've visited. Because "highly satisfied" is the norm.

Soup not as hot as I like

I'm not satisfied with the survey - it's obnoxious to try to force a response that you want. The overall experience with the restaurant, it's food and personnel was very good - so take that as a compliment rather than a challenge to get the response you want.

Overall I was satisfied, but the cook did not read the order ticket correctly. I had asked for no raw onions on my burger. When it arrived, it had raw onions on it. I just took them off and set them aside. I was eating my meal when my server came by and noticed the raw onion. She asked if she could get me another order as she had noted on the ticket that I did not want onions. I told her no, that it was ok. I just took the onions off.

Our hashbrowns were barely warm and it was obvious the green tobacco container had been refilled from previous use and not cleaned prior to refill. Outside of bottle dried streaks of sauce down the bottle and sauce didn’t easily shake out.

Waitress forgot to bring our salads, which we did not remember until later. Paid for 2 dinners with salads.

Seem to not get bacon doneness quite right (sent it back once). Bacon seems to be more fatty then normal. Overall good meal for us.

I was satisfied with my visit. This is not a 5 star restaurant and I didn't expect it to be.
