Took to long to place my order. We felt we were being ignored after we were seated.

Eggs over cooked very badly presented as much you charge for food you could Do a lot better burger king does a lot better and A lot less

my food was great . it tasted fresh and was hot. the waitress was very friendly and was very attentive. the reason I was not very satisfied was the atmosphere my waitress was very friendly but the other staff never smiled I heard several of them complaining and griping as they walked around helping other people as I said my server was not one of those people she attended to my needs and was very very friendly. but the other wait staff seemed very unfriendly

Construction played a big role in our visit.

Our order took a long time to be delivered. It was busy, Sunday morning, so we were patient to wait. But when our food arrived it was lukewarm, like it had been sitting without heat before it was delivered. Because it was busy we didn't call it to the attention of our waiter, but it definitely made the experience less than highly satisfied.

It took a longer than normal time to receive our meals, although they were still nice and warm. When checking out the cashier had a problem getting the information into her register.

Personally, I think the prices are a bit high. I would rather they be lower than have some club one joins. The portions don't have to be so big. And I like my food hot--I won't complain because I honestly don't remember if it was or not.

I come to Sharis often, and generally find 1-3 pieces of silverware unclean. They may be packing them too tight into the dishwasher canisters. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have reported this.
