the waitresses are the best !!! sometimes the food is not hot buy it was fine this time.

The server was young and inexperienced. I'm not faulting her as she was very pleasant and cheerful. I believe this is likely her first job and I believe she has a bright future. However, she is not necessarily familiar with food in that she thought my prime rib was raw. Additionally, I asked to not further cook the meat as we would be eating hours later and then I saw the chef start grilling the steak! Perhaps the chef wasn't paying attention but to what level was he going to grill the steak? No one is perfect and I have had far worse service than this. I will definitely return when we want to treat ourselves to prime rib dinners again. Thanks for listening, Dan

I always get the breakfast sirloin steak. This time is was tough and full of grissle.

We had the pot roast. The vegetables were not cooked well. The meal was warm, not hot. The tools were cold and not heated.

last 2 visits, 7 days apart, our silverware was not clean. Seems they may be packing them too tight in dishwasher.

I was told my bacon could be subbed for the sausage on my sampler for no extra cost them they charged me extra for the bacon :(

Connie greeted me and walked too fast for me to a table that was too small. I moved myself to a table that was bigger and more comfortable. This other waittress, Iris, came over and helped me to move and said it was okay. She apologized for Connie being unfriendly. I really appreciate the kindness and patience of Iris. Connie just didn't want us to be there, it seemed like.

Flavor. Not cheesy enough.

1. as soon as lunch was delivered, we asked for a side order of fries. this was not delivered until we were finished with our meal. 2. In addition, the waitress indicated that pie was included with both our meals. that turned out to be not the case.

It was a Friday night so maybe ordering the Senior Menu steak dinner was a bad idea.It was a miniscule amount and so overcooked.I wasn't able to complain because our waitress didn't return until she handed us our check. I love the steak dinner and will continue to try muy Klink but not on a busy Friday night!
