Flavor not so great and poortions are small for the price.

The problem is you don't have the correct amount of staff. Tables were not cleared until needed, then they were not set and tables were wet when people were seated. Hire some busboys so the waitress doesn't have to do everything, the dishwashers came out to get overfull bus trays, blocking hall to bathroom and spilling stuff in floor because tray too full to get easily out of rack, the station was overflowing with dirty dishes because there was no place to put them. I was a " busperson" in my youth, my job was to keep tables cleared and dishes going to wash area so waitress and dish washer both could be working more efficiently. Also gives your waitress more time to see to needs of customer.

The atmosphere by the lottery machine room is terrible. Tweakers coming in and out, who are only there to play those machines, not eat a meal at a table, make for a very uncomfortable and not relaxing environment. One young male employee was bussing a table by us, dropping every plate and glass into the tub so obnoxious and loudly I nearly yelled at him. It was very rude and painful for my ears, I am experiencing hearing loss and loud noises like that are painful. It was very clear that he hates his job and has no respect for others. Wish I could have gotten his name. We were there on Aug. 23 at 8:30pm if that helps. Our server, Michelle, was nice and helpful, did a good job and sounds like she has been working more than any employee should have too. Maybe focus on customer service more with employees, like how to quietly bus a table without disturbing other patrons. And offer lotto to paying customers only? Thanks for your time.

We were satisfied. But we were not highly satisfied as we reserve that rating for extraordinary experience and that was not so. I was personally disappointed in the latest menu changes. Why do you no longer have chef's salad available? Shari's had the best one in the area and now that's gone! One other question, why do you constantly feel you have to change the menu? I prefer to be familiar with the menu, at the very least. It's one thing to add a dish occasionally but not to change the whole thing!

Waitress wasn't very friendly. My hamburger was undercooked and I got a terrible stomach ache and diaherra. My friends and I eat at both Sharis often. This is the first time I've been unsatisfied.

I was sitting at a booth this evening. Suddenly, a waitress dropped her tray of things and a lot of stuff hit my leg. There was creamer on my legs and dress and my thigh hurt where a bowl hit it. A manager came over and was laughing and helping her clean it up. I felt sorry for the young girl, but I thought that at the very least they should have offered to pay for part of my meal, or give us a piece of pie, but the manager was just laughing and joking about the mess and walked away. That is not cool. That is not a good way to treat customers who get hit with bowls and get creamer on their legs.

Coffee was bad -- roasted till it was burnt, like Starbucks -- not the fault of the service team, obviously a corporate decision Muzak was way too loud, drowning out our conversation -- asked the service team to turn it down, but they can't -- again, a corporate decision
