The waitresses did not seen to focus on that particular day. Our waitress did not offer cream for the coffee and had to ask another one. I had to tell her twice I wanted neither toast nor beverage. The food sat on the counter a little longer than it should have. The menus were dirty, we bought it to her attention, she really didn't care. The seats, more often than not, have food on them. She didn't bother to check on us to see if everything was satisfactory. We noticed another waitress was to bring the cream and tableware to another couple but put down the serving tray on an empty table and forgot to give it to the customers. The patrons needed to get them for themselves. They are not friendly. I did not leave a tip. But, the food was good and the hash browns were cooked as requested.

I never said I was not Satisfied. In fact, I always have a wonderful experience with the service and friendly atmosphere.

We walked in the door asked for a large booth that was only needed cleaned and didn’t mind waiting. Once the table was cleared we were not seated to it. Someone else was going to be seated there. So I asked if I could go sit at the table since it was ready. Was told yes and then had to wait a VERY long time to get our menus and drinks. Asked for two coffees. Received one and had to ask for the other. Was charged regular price when should have been senior coffee. Food was served cold. Also kids got their meal before anyone else. Their food was half way gone by the time the others got their meals. Waitress forgot to ask what kind of drink the kids wanted. Service was terrible! She not once asked how our meal was. Which was cold. Or come refill our drinks. Ignored when being flagged for something. Overall bad experience. Usually not treated that way at this location.

I had requested that my steak be very well done. When I cut into it, the blood just rolled out of it. I showed the waitress and she took it back and I heard her tell the cook that I had requested it be very well done. She brought back another steak that was burnt on the outside and still very red on the inside and I couldn't eat it. The only thing that was done was I got a free piece of pie. This was supposed to have been a birthday dinner and I ordered something I don't normally do, so I was very disappointed. The waitress was very attentive though, no faults for her, but the cook has some issues.

Server 200795 , BrittanB double charged me and the manager refused to refund the over charge...then the same server tried to keep the change from my mothers ticket as a tip...I had to go request our change back from the 2nd ticket. I am beyond disgusted with the service...it was slow...rude, and I plan to tell every person I know...and you can trust me...its a lot of people, to ban your restaurant at all locations especially Bend and Redmond.

We were seated early morning slow time of day but 3 other tables were piled around us while remainder of restaurant was empty, and our hostess/waitress was cold, matter of fact, but not knowledgeable of the menu. The food came to us Luke warm at best, a hair was found in my partner's eggs, and the steak was dry & chewy. I had pointed too and asked questions about the breakfast canioli I was told I could have pictured item but when delivered it was pancake not crepe, when questioned she stated they never make crepes! Well in Redmond they do!! Normally we would have gone to the Shari's in Redmond but when we stopped they were closed?!! So we ended up paying $35.00 for a meal we would have rather gone without. Why was our favorite Shari's closed, why could our hostess not give us a little space to eat without three other conversations in our ears or smile, why could our waitress not explain the menu items better or smile, why was our food not prepared correctly??? I love Shari's as a whole but will never return to this site, and wish we would have passed by.

I work at macys and had a 30min lunch which macys is three shops down from sharis. I called the store to order my food.. a clubhouse sandwich with a ceaser sale and soup. I got back to work to eat my food and my soup wasn't there. I called the store and talked to Irene the store manager and she said she can't do anything I asked if she could walk the soup down since my lunch was nearly over, she said no they didn't have enough people, I asked if they could in 30mins she still said no. Sje offerd me a pie which i dont like pies which is why I didn't order one. Every time I have been to this location. I am very I'm happy with how she didn't handle this at all, I paid $3.59 for no soup.

I phoned in my order to prevent waiting and received a 15 minute eta. I arrived 19 minutes after my phone call, multiple waitresses told me that my food was not ready. I waited another 15 minutes only to see them pick up the bag that was already on the counter waiting for me before I arrived and handed it to me and carelessly said sorry, nothing else came out of her mouth besides the price of the food, not even a thank you after I paid. I'm glad I didn't tip. This is completely unacceptable. My eggs benedict was soggy and cold, and the pancakes were cold as well. I have been to Sharis countless times. I have always had great service. Now you will never have my business and I will forever tell people how poorly your service was, how terrible the food ended up, and how careless your waitresses are. Terrible experience. Terrible company.

One dinner was ice cold when it came out was turkey dinner took back still not good and and other dinner was way over cooked was prime rib dinner dry and just not the way I ordered.

40 minutes to get food When food started to come up, the waitress (who was nowhere to be found prior to receiving food) served half our table and then told us that the rest would be out "Soon". It took nearly an additional 10 minutes. If it were just me, I would not be upset, but when 4 of your guests are kids under 4, and they have to see others eat, they tend to get upset... further, I could see my daughters food, ready to go, for several minutes prior to being served. It's rediculous. I own several restaurants in central Oregon... this is basic customer service... When I finally received my food, the waitress spilled the cup of syrup all over my food. She said "I spilled the syrup, hope it's okay" no... not okay, but with another 40 minute wait to rectify the situation and 4 angry toddler, what do I say? Then there were the food safety issues. I don't know how you guys avoid gloves and allow people to take cash then finish topping plates without washing. Deschutes Cty health dept at a minimum required hand washing anything you "change stations"... maybe that doesn't apply here? I guess I could call and ask them.
