The service was slow, took forever to get our drinks, i had asked for a soda and coffee we got our drinks except my coffee after waiting I ended up having to ask for it. took forever to place our order, there were four of us at the table three of us got our food together the forth person had to ask for hers after waiting 15 minutes. The forth person ordered fish, shrimp and fries. When the plate was finally delivered everything was cold and the waitress was busy but we could never get her attention the taste of the fish was not pleasant. We ordered pie to go waitress was in such a hurry she didn't get everything so I had to go find her and finish our order. Then when I paid the manager didn't ask how everything was really didn't talk to me or make eye contact just rushed taking my money and walked off. The whole experience was frustrating and dissatisfing. Especially the amount of money we paid for such terrible service, and mediocre food.

after your remodeling was complete prices way too high example short stack hotcakes 6.29 my name is frank berger and I used to go to sharis every day f0r\years this last visit takes the cake I am a retired chef and was in the restaurant business for all my productive life my wife ordered your pot roast expecting slices o beef wth gravy on it,mased potatoes with a vegetables in this case carrots all dumped on the platei in the food business nevrI seen a plate like this shredded beef potatoes carrots al dumped on the plate in a mixture manager tells me that is the sharis way is this correct.i have no other complaint food always o.k.probably used left over prime rib shredded ??????

First impressions: the pie case was covered with dirty fingerprints on the exterior. The interior was filled with crumbs on shelves and was very sloppy. There was a "beanie" (presumably left by a customer) that was on top of the pie case. I can't imagine the possibly bacteria on the hat, and laying so close to food is unacceptable. The bottom of the water pitcher (that the waitress refilled our waters with) was covered in food. While we were waiting for an acknowledgement from the cashier, there was another waitress just standing around staring at us. The "clean" tables still had food on them. How about using a clean rag to wipe the tables? My napkin was dirty. The lemon meringue pie crust was awful.

I had to get up from my table to get someone to take my order after 15 minutes of waiting, while servers were talking amongst themselves. I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich, which was overcooked and most of the meat was inedible.

Decided to order Fri eve prime rib specials. Waitress dropped both dinners on table, floor, a small bit on my leg. I told waitress would make my dinner work if she could bring me some aujus. But my husband's dinner had to be redone. I waited for a bit and had to ask the hostess for the aujus and also tried to wait for my husband to get his dinner. Some of the food and broken plate was swept up with the broom & pan left nearby. Sour cream, spilled aujus, etc was never cleaned up off the floor for the hour that we were there. Customers and employees just walked around it. We had to ask for drink refills after quite some time. The waitress apologized once at first. We where never offered a discount, piece of pie or ?. We arrived for a late dinner after appliance shopping and were hoping for a quick dinner so we could drive home. Yes, we have been to this restaurant before for occasional breakfast.

My husband and I have been eating at Shari's since the day it opened. We have come to expect great service, but not today. We took our son and his wife to breakfast before they went back to Portland. We were greeted immediately and seated. The waitress asked what we wanted to drink and my husband asked for coffee. The coffee came and the waitress then left the table. The table across from us was waited on before we were and they came into the restaurant after us. So, she finally arrives and takes our order, 1. Sausage and eggs over medium. 2. Meat lovers skillet eggs over medium. 3. Meat lovers skillet eggs over medium 4. Steel cut oats We waited for quite sometime for our meals. Finally the 1st 3 items were delivered. One of the skillet meals had the eggs over hard. They were sent back. Then there's the oatmeal. The easiest of all the orders and it is nowhere to be found. Another waitress finally saw I did not have any food so she asked Me what I had ordered. She then brought me the raisins, brown sugar etc.. Everyone was done with there meal when I finally got mine. It was barely warm and obviously microwaved. Not a good experience !!

Mushrooms were not on a mushroom swiss burger and we were not notified for the lack of the ingrediants until after the food was served and we asked about it. The meat was charcoal and dry as a cracker. High dissatisfied with the service and food, I am a regular diner at this restaurant and hate to say this will make me consider going elsewhere.

We're a party of 3. I had a server named Logan she was a girl she had the most unfriendly is attitude we asked you a few questions about the food and she just looked at us as if we were being sarcastic which we were trying to be friendly and nice she finally rolled her eyes and walked away and came back with an answer for what we were asking about P con pie. then we didn't see her again until the food was done at which time she drop the food off and walked away and never came back to the table once. we finally got up went to the front and asked for the manager named Mike and He then heard our complaint. he said some story that it's difficult here because they just had a remodel but that does not make any sense to me as why would a remodel make it hard for you everyone to do their job. overall it was the worst experience I've ever had at sherries and do not know when I will return. I mean IHOP is right next door so
