We can always count on Sharis for great food, friendly, professional, responsive staff and a great value. Always dependable. We've known Mark Boltz, the manager, for many years through his work at Shari's. Outstanding customer service, keeps his eyes open and jumps right in to keep everything running smoothly. Especially remarkable in view of the fact that he's suffering some severe pain due to probably cancer in his eye. But, he's always topnotch, friendly and professional. We wish he could take another sabbatical and have some Mayo Clinic or MD Anderson medical attention paid for by Sharis. He really deserves it! Wonderful guy, super role model for his employees.

As an avid sherries over and frequent customer, I always find that Logan gives us the best service. She is quick and constantly asking if we need anything else. Never had an issue with Logan and will continue to come back.

ALMOST always greeted, seated and my order taken quickly. Almost all servers are warm, funny, pleasant and seem to really care about me. Food is almost ALWAYS VERY GOOD and served as quickly as is realistic depending upon how busy the restaurant may be at the time I enter.

We were from out of town, waiting for a doctor's appointment and Shari's let us hang out for a couple of hours. Waitress was extremely attentive.

We have been to this restaurant before. We were not disappointed this time as the service was very good and our server was excellent.
