Consistency

The manager was walking the floor talking to his customers and stopping to acknowledge the regulars, the regulars were called by name and the servers bantered with them regularly. The manager seated me. He was working the register and stepping in wherever he was needed. The food was spectacular, the restaurant was clean, smelled good, well laid out and comfortable, and the staff was attentive but not pushy. The prices were reasonable and there were three specials offered like the $8.99 pie, the free pie Wednesday and the reward club that make me want to come back and take advantage of them. This was one of the best restaurant experience especially I've had in a long while.

Very friendly staff

We went for the Valentines Day special. Angie was our server - this is the second time we've had Angie. EVERYONE was wonderful, happy and professional. Angie is so fun. We also like Shelby, Michael - we miss Michael now that he does not work as often. We enjoyed our food - everything was perfect!

waits for tables are very short, staff is always friendly, food and service are always top notch. Pies are excellent. Remodel was helpful and Sharis locations are convenient to get to.

I went to get a cherry pie. The wait person checked my Shari's card and told me I had $5.00 credit and I asked her to use that for the pie. My total was $3.99 and that seemed like a very good deal to me!
