Today my friends & I stopped in for breakfast. Kelly was very friendly & welcoming. She brought our coffee quickly & the orders came as ordered. The food was hot & tasty. Kelly provided us excellent service & always had a great smile. Thanks, Kelly!! We'll be back again soon.

We have been eating at Sharis for a lot of years and as a rule we always get good service and food in all of the locations we go to, most of the locations we go to are in Oregon. Thank you Sharis and even tho I am not supposed to I do enjoy your pies as most are not for type 2 diabetic but couple times a month for lots of years seems okay with me.

Salmon chowder was curdled.

The waitress was extremely nice and there was nothing wrong the the service. The banana split I ordered was no where near what I was expecting, very minimal and I was not told there were nuts on it before I ordered. Either than that I had an excellent experience.

I only went to the front counter to order a pie. I was completely ignored for a long enough time that I was getting ready to leave. I ordered & the had quite a little wait for someone to gat my pie to me. The staff wasn't really rude but certainly not friendly.

The restaurant is highly in need of updating!! Ceiling tiles were very dirty, upholstery is very old. The tables were wiped clean, but nothing else. We moved to a different table because there was wet food on the booth seat. Also there were 3 pies sitting uncovered on top of a cabinet, close to the restroom access where anyone over 6 foot tall could sneeze on them! NOT very sanitary in our opinion!

the ladies restroom smelled like a sewer. As a former waitress it takes more than what is ordinarily expected to deserve a Highly satisfied rating. There was nothing exceptional about the service ergo I was satisfied. I eat there regularly and will go back. I hope they can do something about the smell in the ladies room.
