Well I selected "Satisfied" and not "Highly Satisfied" because I have not received my food yet. The waiters are awesome and so kind. Especially Lorraine ❤️

Our vegetables were cold. Our waitress offered to have the kitchen make us new ones. I declined. They were good tasting just cold. Maybe change the way they are prepared :)

Some times the food is very good and some times it lacks flavor or maybe proper seasoning. I didn't understand why there would be and extra charge on the baked potato when I said i wanted the works. She did not mention the additional charge but made it right by taking off the charge for the coffee

waitresses were busy and I had to wait to be seated, Mgr was not there to help. Waitress too busy to check me out, Mgr was not present to help and I saw that he was there but out of sight. I felt that during the lunch hour that the Manager should make himself available to assist at the register.

Seems like they are SO busy the times that we can go there and they can only do what they can do with SO many people coming in and wanting to eat so we understand that...THAT being said, even if we have to wait for our food a while, the staff is friendly, and they food is always hot when we get it. It's our regular Saturday mornings visit.

Steak was very tough, could hardly cut it, let alone chew it.
