A bit spendy for this type of restaurant. $2.59 for iced tea is a bit pricy compared to other places we frequent. Food was good but nothing special

We were satisfied, but as I stated, it is just a normal restaurant. We eat there a lot, because we enjoy it and my husband loves the pies. Guess I should have answered "highly satisfied".

As stated previously, food was a bit burned/overcooked and not the quality of what we're accustomed to at a Sharis.

We always enjoy going to Shari's and taking guests, but the menus have chang ed and we have found it difficult to find what we have ordered before. We like the old menus better.

There is a truck stop across the street with truckers in your shop on their cell phone making deals, people with screaming kids, and I will never be highly satisfied in that environment.

Upon entering lobby I was recognized by a waitress almost immediately. Two other employees, one woman and man (shift manager?), dressed in different clothing were so engrossed in some concern or function with their smart phone and with their backs to the customer lobby they never turned around or proceeded to seat or direct incoming customers. I seriously considered leaving and having lunch elsewhere. As far as the food: your salmon & vegetables are always delicious and tender but the rice pilaf and bread triangles were looking tired and sat too long on the heat table. Offering a small side/Caesar salad or cup of soup would balance out the meal and justify the $11.95 price.
