I feel that the atmosphere is cramped and the seats were not wiped down.

Nice if you want a full sit down meal. The prices are reasonable too.

Ran out of soup of the day. French toast looked burnt.

Waitress don't come by for 20 minutes, my GLAss sit empty for 10 minutes, waitress was more attentative to the other customers, she was waiting on. Manager walked by me. Spoke words but never assisted. To me, I think that was the worst service I ever experienced.

The cashier was very blunt and cold when asked questions at check out

All of the food was cold or barely lukewarm. Server reheated our plates, but then some parts were hot while others were slightly warm. Everyone in our party of 4 was disappointed in our dinner. Had I not had good meals in past visits at Shari's, I probably would not return. Also the flavor on all was bland. Different cook?

I ordered fish and chips, the fish was raw...

Prices on the menu went up, portion size went down, wife's eggs came out undercooked, my French toast came out Raw.

Asked for my eggs over medium, whites not runny..recieved with whites runny. Sent eggs back and they were returned with whites done and yolks hard, thats not over medium. Gravy on biscuts was luke warm. Overall I ate it and figured this was the I was going to get.

The graveyard waittress laurie was rude. I took my kids out for a late bite and we were set after some what right away. We were ask what we wanted to drink gave the waitress laurie our drink order. 15 to 20 min later we gave out food order my son food was cold and burnt. My daughter order cinnamon french toast and a slice of pie. Her freanch toast was a little burnt. Myself i oder a salad. When my son told laurie that his food ws burnt and ask if he could get fresh made one she seem to have a problem with it. But afer a short wait he had fresh one then when i got my bill is had a shake added on when it was to be a pie. So she had to fix that. Again it seem like it was a to much for her to do her job right. This is not the first time this is happen with this waitress. I enjoy the central point sharis but when i am there to spend time with some of my kids over a late night meal i would like to have a good meal. Jeri the manager was very nice...
