We ate late at night and the only people there were us and what looked like the manager. When we pulled up he ( Joseph) was smoking a disgusting smelling cigarette right at the front door. He sat us at a table. He was playing very inappropriate music on a personal speaker device and his iPhone. I almost didn’t stay with the swearing and loudness of the music. He practically stood right next to our table listening to our conversation. Which was awkward and uncomfortable. He made annoying and pushy comments like “eat the rest of your meal. I made that for you!” And we were only half way through. “Get off your phone and look at the menu!” He said to my mom “your child shouldn’t be on her phone at the table” I’m not a child, I’m 25 and it wasn’t any of his business. At the end I put my card out to pay. He turned to my mom and said “you’re really going to make your little child pay” I’m 25! And that was rude and uncomfortable for my mom. He was so creepy and rude and the music was terrible. I won’t ever be going back to that Sharies.

Host accidentally skipped over us multiple times. Manager felt bad and took care of it but our server was terrible. Lorraine provided the worst service I've ever had in 40 years of eating out.

I love Sharis, it is one of my favorite places to eat! I get the same thing every time I come and I have gotten the same thing for years now. Every time I have gone to Sharis over the last year the portion gets smaller and smaller and smaller. I am disappointed that I can't just get a good amount, please Sharis fix this so I can keep coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

I go for the biscuits and gravy. The time before last the server offered to put my food in the microwave at the time she served it. The gravy this last time was barely warm and barely covered the biscuits. It looked like it had been sitting since breakfast -- cold and lumpy. Biscuits were warm and good texture. I would like HOT gravy and lots of it for my $8.28. And, I would like my hot chocolate to be hot and chocolaty. My chocolate was watery. Very dissatisfied.

Chocolate shake had almost no chocolate flavor. Delivered without a word and it was overpriced at $5.99. Toast was burnt, very unappetizing. When I asked why it would be served like that the waitress remarked, "I don't know why they grille it. It often comes out like that". When paying the bill I was asked if the food was good and I remarked, "We've had better" the cashier was only able to respond with a simple "Sorry". When she added, "We'll see you next time." I just shook my head, thinking, " that'll be the day". I'm afraid we'll be going back to Denny's. "Sorry" there won't be a next time.

I know what I like when visiting Sharis but the menu keeps changing. this time I was unable to get what I like to eat and had to settle for something similar but had no taste and very pleasant to look at. Also on my partners order the price ahs increased again and the portions were considerably smaller.

The waitress did not know about the new cod on the menu. The coffee was not fresh. I did not receive the sea-salt herb fries with my fish instead I got regular fries. The cod was very overcooked. It was almost burnt. We took our pieces of pie to go and when we got home and took the pie out of the bag, the key lime piece was very small. It didn't come close to filling the to go box. We did not receive refills on our water. We had to wait quite a while to receive our check.

Went for Christmas dinner. What a disappointment. Menu says Baked potato available at 4 pm. We were told they wouldn,t be available until 4:30. On a Sunday, Christmas Sunday. They should have been available by 1 pm on a holiday. None of us likes mashed potatoes. Had a sandwich of my Christmas dinner.

My wife's order was over cooked ... burned in fact. My Belgian waffle was doughy in the middle ... heavy, not light and crispy.
