Our waitress was AMAZING however the manager was not. My food came out cold and our waitress was very prompt in getting me a hot plate. When the hot plate with extra shrimp arrived I was very bland. So bland that my 4 year old child wouldn't even eat it. Not to mention my husbands burger was also very bland. We are not people who complain but we saw the "manager" and expressed to him that our food wasnt very good....mind you I had a plate with 2 bites off of it and my husband had a half of a buger left that he was not eating all for the "manager" to offer a piece of pie for our dissatisfaction. We said yes to the pie and let our waitress know we had to complain. She asked why and we told her and she said absolutely not a piece of pie?? I'm sorry about that but I'm taking off your entire meal. Thanks to Linda we dish have to pay for a meal we were very dissatisfied with. Great customer service Linda you ROCK!!

This is my 4th or 5th visit to A Sharis, my first time in late May (by Airport)was just stellar. Had excellent service by a young woman who radiated customer service and hospitality. All wait staff since that 1st visit act like they are bored or going thru the motions-very robotic. Your hostess today is superb and a great welcoming committee. Promotions on your corporate website are fantastic as well as all corporate communication.

Brinna served us and went off shift. Shir rang up the bill. The soup was COLD, the tarter sause was loaded with Dill. The fries had an awful herb on them. We could not eat them. The fish were really greasy. We might just as well drank a cup of grease. We aske for ketchup and had to get up and get it ourselves. Worst Shari's I have eaten in.

My husband and I went in for brunch. we noticed a list being used and walked up to the counter as next in line. when the host returned he yelled over top of me asking who wasn't on the list. by this time there was another couple behind us. when we said we aren't he tried to take the person name behind us. There was no apology or anything. He (Justin) acted as if we were in his way. Then the meal when great and the waitress tendered our bill from the table. We decided to get a pie and take it home. So we went to the counter the woman (possibly the manager) said I will be right with you. We waited several minutes and another person asked if we had been helped. We said the lady said she would be back. So we waited about 5 more minutes and saw her in the kitchen looking at slips on a spinner and talking. She never came back in that 5-10 minutes so we finally just left. Probably the worst customer service or simple human interaction I have ever seen all in one visit.

The food was ready and sitting on the shelf waiting to be served for over a half hour. It was not fresh and hot as it should have been. We sat there and watch our order get cold while the server did nothing. The café was not busy, as a mater of fact there were other orders sitting along with ours. It was a very bad visit to you store............................

I am allergic to eggs, I order Cob Salad the menu doesn't say it has eggs on it when it came there were boiled eggs, maybe the cooks need to read the menu. The waitress saw me taking then off and never said a word. Also the coffee was not hot, it was like they had it pored a long time before we came in.

I was ordering a side of potato cakes, the waitress asked me if I want bacon, sausage, or eggs, which I thought came with it. I told her that I don't eat bacon or sausage but would like two eggs. When it came time to pay I was charged $3.49 for two eggs and $7.49 for the potato cakes. I was very up-set and asked the waitress and she said that she told me that. But I didn't hear that at all. We were also charges $5.58 for two orange juice. Our breakfast for three was $38.83 that is very high priced and I didn't even have coffee because they wanted $2.49 for a cup of coffee. I go to DutchBros and get me a 16oz for $2.00 with Hazelnut flavor, which I did. I thought it was very expensive to eat there and will not go back. The menu is very confusing lack of descriptions and accurate pricing plus one can tell that Sharis cut corners all around but charging lots for their breakfast. How can a glass of orange juice cost $2.79 that's crazy. You only get one little jelly in a litte glass container. I will not go back with my family. It is just too expensive...everything cost extra.
