Shari's

I work graveyard at a nearby vet hospital and we order Sharis in central Point OR three to four times a week because they are open 24 hours. I placed an order online at 4:19 AM for a bunch of people. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We get a 30 minute lunch so I waited 20 minutes before clocking out so I could have time to eat. I left at 4:40 AM. I got there and the food was not ready. I received my food at 4:51 AM. I rushed back because I now only had less than 20 ins left for lunch. When I got back to work I noticed that one of my co workers casear salads was missing so I then had to drive all the way back and wait another 10 minutes because the waitress had to make the salad. My lunch was then over and so was everyone elses so I was unable to eat my food until the following day. I wanted to give them the opportunity to atleast apologize so I called today 9/14/2016 first at 4:37 PM and was placed on hold for 6 minutes then was hung up on (all documented) then I called again at 4:44 PM and asked for the supervisor and was place on hold again for another employee to come on and tell me that she was on break. Sharis sucks!!!

My Wife called the restaurant to place a take out order. She had the online menu in her hand. She ordered the Cod and Shrimp Platter with fries and cole slaw. The girl said it does not come with fries. My wife said she was reading the online menu and it comes with fries and cole slaw. The girl said do you want fries with it. My wife said yes. My wife then asked for a salad. The girl said do you want a salad. My wife said yes. The girl said when do you want this to be ready. My wife said we are staying at the La Quinta right across the parking lot from you my husband can be there in one minute. The girl did not say how long it would be be she did not say how much it would be be she just sorta was gone. I waited about 10 minutes and walked over. A girl, the same one I assume, and a man were behind the counter. I told her why I was there. It was obvious my order was not even started. She finally brought it out I paid and left. I normally tip 20%. They got nothing though later I thought I should have given a quarter so they knew I was upset. The fish was ok. There were no fries. The cole slaw was inedible. The salad was some leafy greens and that was all. Awful service. Awful.

The waitress, the waitress, the waitress.

I have never been a fan of Sharis because the service is always very slow. My family wanted to go there so I joined them. We were seated pretty promptly and our drinks were brought, except for the drink for the 2 1/2 year old. We gave our order, nothing out of the ordinary. We waited, and waited and waited. The waitress came over several times to give us more drinks and told us that our lunch (at 2:20) would be right up. We waited and waited some more. We had a very busy toddler with us, who for him was very good. People that came in behind us got their meals and were leaving before we finally got ours. 55 minutes later after they took took our order. First they told us the manager would be over to talk to us. We waited and waited while we were eating. The the waitress came over and said that they would comp us a piece of pie. Big deal... I ordered a half a sandwich, and the filling was very small. I eat that kind of sandwich at Arbeys all the time and they use twice the filling. I also got a piece of pie with my order, so.....I got nothing for my wait. Had the restaurant been full, or we were there at a regular meal time, I would have understood, but we weren't.

There was only two (2) good things with my meal today first Johnna and the pickle. The only thing I can guess about the diner was you forgot what quality was can't serve enough food to the guess so they won't have to eat at another place after they leave. Now my other visit a couple weeks ago for breakfast was just as crappy. Again do you know what quality is, from what I see the answer is NO. Hope you improve.

My mother & I eat at Shari's in Central Point, OR every Tuesday. Mother & I both had the mexi-skillet. When they were delivered to our table there was a lot of excess water on the plate & even more when you tipped the plate. We returned our plates to the waitress & explained why but when the plates were brought back all they had done in the kitchen was microwave it. You could tell that's what they did because of the condition of the sour cream dollop on top. We at about one third of it but neither of us could eat the rest. I normally eat all my meal & mother usually takes some of hers home but not this time. The fake eggs were tasteless, then by microwaving them just made it worse. When we complained to the waitress nothing was done to either replace our order or discount it.

A waitress named Ellen was rude about what my girlfriend was asking her and was arguing with her. She was clarifying that the price was right and she was arguing about cheese and how it was gonna cost her extra. But she never mentioned that it is extra. She was crappy at serving us well and greeting us. She was also making stupi little remarks about the cost of the cheese and how it costs so much money. My girlfriend was being the bigger person and walked away. While she was walking away, the waitress made a remark and said "like I said if you get anything extra it's obviously gonna cost you". We will never be coming back to this sharis and if we do and Ellen is still working we will leave.

Took 15 minutes to take my order after being seated took 45 minutes to get my food after order and it was cold when asked to speak to a manager no one came to speak to me

We ordered the Beer Battered fish with fries and received the most miserly portion of fish we have ever received at any restaurant. Paying $10.99 for french fries, a cup of soup, and a very small serving of fish is a rip-off. We've ordered this same item from the Grants Pass Sharis and the fish portion was more than twice as large. We've ordered a comparable fish meal at Elmers and it also had much larger fish pieces. Shame on you Sharis!

The waitress took 15 to 20 minutes to charge our credit card, which we thought was a very long time. She said the computer was down. A couple of days later our bank called to say they thought that our card was compromised and there was a charge of $277.98 for South West Airlines on our card that we did not make. We believe that this happened from the waitress, Brianna, who took forever to charge our card.
