The people were so friendly particularly the waitress who was so knowledgeable and friendly.

Alicia was our server, and she was very polite and cheerful making our experience great! Very attentive to our needs, checking to see how we were doing and went above and beyond my expectations!!

Jeremy Wah(waiter)l was very helpful, & very friendly...he went out of his way to make us happy!!!

Staff is friendly and service is good. Did notice that on the Honored traditional breakfast that only one slice of toast is served rather than 2. Toast was a bit burnt.

I love Shari's in Bend, Oregon. Staff is always friendly, service good, coffee hot and food prepared correctly. They have two locations and both are good.

We have made Shari's South in Bend, OR our go to restrauant because the food has been wonderful at every meal we've had there. We had our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners there and it was very very good. Our server was Deralee and she was so courteous and helpful. Spent a few minutes talking with us and that makes us want to come back. She needs a pat on the back for her great service. One of the cooks was working in the cafe portion and we found out that he'd had extensive hand surgery and he was working cleaning tables, hostessing and checking folks out. He was willing to work and your company gave him work that he could do to help him. That is our kind of place to support. Shari's deserves a reward for helping it's employees further themselves!! Good job.

Right when I walked in the door I was seated the waitress was very kind friendly and the food was great I will definitely be back thank you

Our server Debi was very nice , quick and helpful. Also liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.
