Waitress (Andrea) was perfect...everything a waitress should be. Liked her very much. My bowl of soup cost $4.49...a lot for not very much soup. The music was terrible, the type that makes you want to get out of there asap. I am not normally a complainer, but you asked! My satisfaction is based solely on the waitress' performance and personality. (Please note that I am 76 years old, so what they call music nowadays is just a lot of noise!)

I have many food allergies, so I ordered exactly what I could eat and asked that no more and no less be on the plate. My husband is a vegetarian and ordered a cheese omelet. My eggs looked like they had pieces of something in them (I ordered 2 plain scrambled eggs) and I couldn't take the chance of contamination by something I can't eat. My husband's order came out as a ham and cheese omelet. We brought this to Annie's attention (our server) and she immediately took the food back to the kitchen and asked that they be redone. When the new plates came out the food was perfect and the omelet and scrambled eggs light and fluffy. The reason we won't be back to that particular Sharis is we don't live in Bend, we live west of Eugene and don't plan to be back in that area soon. Otherwise, we would go back there.
