Since I didn't go to Sharis to eat, I couldn't rate the food at this time. My previous trip to Sharis was rather disappointing - out of onion rings, had to wait for them to bake a potato since they ran out with serving the other people at my table, and ran out of the pie I ordered. The trip before that one was great.

I am rarely Highly Satisfied with anything. ;) Service and food was fine, restroom was clean. I have no complaints.

Ivan is a terrific server, we enjoyed him waiting on us.

My baked potato was not hot at all, just warm, and not that warm, something weve never experienced at this Sharis, since we go there every Sunday. Usually, everything is to perfection. The shift manager got it reheated and took care of the problem. Our server Jessica is wonderful, she needs to get a recognition for her friendliness, her good service and her outstanding service. She needs to get a raise, or a bonus of some kind.

For me, to be highly satisfied I would have to receive perfect timing on service--it was a bit slow on the final part of the meal (dessert and check). Also, the hamburger was good but the patty was a bit dry and not hot, just ok.

Dinner entre was somewhat bland and may have been slightly larger portions.

When tables are being cleared, the dishes are being thrown into the bins at the station. It is very loud and disruptive to guests.

The pancakes were cold and my egg whites were not completely cooked. Not enough staff, waited 15 minutes for a server to take out order.

Our starters came after the main course was served. “Computer glitch”. Staff was great.

Two of the menu items I like are no longer offered. Some of the prices are a little high for the quality of the food.
