Gum under table. Didn't recieve requested water.

My order did not look like it's picture. Don't use a picture unless the order served looks like the picture of the food served.

Cost too much

The experience was a good one, but not over the top WOW! It was satisfying.

The coffee was not as hot as it should have been.

For the last three times we have had Sunday breakfast at Shari's we have tried to order mimosas to go with our food. They are shown on the menu; however, each time we were told they were out of champagne. This makes no sense. There is even an Albertson's in the same shopping center where champagne could be bought. Our waitress, Debi, suggested that we bring this to your attention via this questionnaire.

The omelet was a bit dry & overcooked. The biscuit was a bit undercooked - biscuits are better somewhat browned. Everything seemed a little toned-down & bland.

Service from Annie was great and the food tasted ok, but the dining area was filthy!!! Please bring in a cleaning crew to wash floors, walls, booths and tables and chairs. Yes, even the table was gross.
