We bought pies to go. This facility is great we eat there all the time.

The young lady who took the order didn't seem to understand my questions on ordering a three item meal, I requested cup of soup, salad and pie and was told I couldn't have the pie but I could have a 1/2 sandwich.....the young man who took over, delivered our meals etc. was very helpful and concerned that we were satisfied.

My friend and I go in a lot. Seems like there is not enough staff for the volume of peole.

We enjoyed our visit as we usually do, it just seemed like the food took quite awhile to arrive. Food was delicious and our server was very nice.

Was greeted by Debbie. Our server was Sonya and she did an amazing job. The food took a little longer but it was good. Not real fond of your new menu always trying to eat healthy and didn't see a lot of options. Thank ou

We were in a hurry and wanted our check but our waitress was busy behind the counter. She was training a new employee, so we understand the delay and it wasn't more than a couple minutes. Overall, Moniq-1 has always been a great waitress and ambassador for this Sharis.

My husband and I came in for a quick breakfast, and unfortunately it took nearly 10 minutes of standing at the front to even be greeted. A simple "hello, I will be right with you." Would have been great. We understood they were busy-ish, so waiting would not have been a problem if we were acknowledged. Deralee was going to be our server, but we knew Sonya so she took care of us. Deralee brought us our silverware, and Both her and Sonya were nice. One thing I say needs improvement is team morale. The manager, a woman, did not treat Deralee with respect and I think it brings the place down. I used to work for sharis and I quit for the same reason. Treat your employees with respect. They're replaceable, but so are you as a manager. Treat your employees well and they will want to do better for you. Simple. Poor Deralee seemed frazzled and overwhelmed, and the manager was making it worse. Thank you Sonya and Deralee for being sweet amidst your busy Sunday morning.

Wasn't aware of there being blue cheese on the salad but otherwise everything was fine...
