My burger was burnt and I asked for med rare and my friends panning didn't look anything close to the picture on the menu and was disappointed about the skimping am trying of meat she got with the sandwich.

I was satisfied with my visit.

I ordered a regular cheeseburger, which was cooked to my specifications (great), but still the burger and bun were rather dry and not juicy. I also ordered key lime pie, which was FANTASTIC!!!

They price of food in Oregon is too high. I love your food, the fact that you are open 24/7 and that you can get breakfast anytime. My kind of place. I enjoy your Summer Sampler omelet, but it is priced at over ten dollars. If I add bacon to it, that brings it to about $12.00 for an omelet with hash browns and toast. That is outrageous! An omelet should be no more than $6.00 to $8.00 at the most. Breakfast for two should be between $12.00-$20.00, with the tip included, not nearly $30.00 with a tip.

Asked for the eggs in the eggs benedict to be cooked solid- not runny. The eggs benedict arrived traditionally with the runny yolk, which my date did not like. It then took over ten minutes for the server to check on our order so that we could finally ask for the eggs benedict we asked for with a solid cooked yolk. The sever was very polite and apologetic, and we received the correctly made order ten minutes later. Unfortunately, my date had to watch me eat my breakfast while she sat there hungry for about twenty minutes.

Some of the new items you offer do not live up to the description on the menu.

Didnt get my salad until after my entree... did he asked if we wanted it boxed up! the restraunt wasn't that busy, i had a sandwich with NO mayo or anything. DRY - couldnt get the server back - he disappeared.. had to wave him down twice to get help at all. no offer to refill beverages - ran out due to dry bread... then asked for the pie warmed up & it wasn't warm at all. we were in town for a dr appt & WONT be coming back other than to get the freebee for the survey.. very sad. We both love sharis but will not be going back into this one.

What I ordered was not hot and there were hardly any hash browns under my eggs. I ordered a skillet dish.

it wasn't the waitress fault it was her first day and was still learning her job . She just had to be reminded of a few things

i was satisfied. it takes more then what your cafe has to HIGHLY make one satisfied. the servers are not perfect. give them room to have a good survey without having to always have all highly satisfied marks.
