Shari's

It was noon time on Valentine's Day. Large crowd and not enough staff to ideally attend to customers. Anna our waitress was great, once we got seated she was right there getting our drink order. Anna always had a smile and was running around helping everyone in her area. I believe on these special holidays you need way more staff like Anna. The story would run much better with people like her. Thank you for service Anna.

I really enjoy the atmosphere, servers and the quality of the food, but the price of breakfast is outrageous. I moved here after living in Texas. A high end breakfast in Texas for two is $15.00 to $20.00. Breakfast at Shari's is nearly twice that. Ridiculous! $10.69 for an omelet with no meat is too much. An omelet with meat, should be no more than $7.00, period. $10.69 is the cost of FOUR dozen eggs, on sale. Really? Please be more thoughtful in your pricing strategy for breakfast.

What does Highly Satisfied mean? I was satisfied, food was good, service was good. I save Highly Satisfied for $100.00 dinners which we only get to do once a year. This is Sharis not a 5 star restaurant so for what it was it was a great experience.

The food was sub-par.This is not the first time we have had a problem at this Shari's. However, Andy, Alex and Rick were AWESOME. We were also pleased that the other manager, Sharry was not there. She is very rude and acts like she doesn't care about the customers or problems they experience. The sirloin that my boyfriend ordered medium rare was served well done. Rick, the manager on duty went above and beyond to right the problem.

Ordered tea without lemon. Received tea with lemon. Ordered salad. Received soup. No fork was offered with pie, even tho the silverware from the meal had been cleared.

Service is slow sometimes.

Salmon salad with skin on the salmon! Salmon dinner that tasted like vinegar Hate the lettuce you use. Like eating leaves. What's wrong with iceburg?!!

We were seated promptly and then waited a long time to place our order and then waited a long time for the food to arrive. The portion size on the steak and eggs was disappointing the steak was very small probably 2-3 ounces

I ordered Prime Rib. My order was specifically medium rare, more to the rare side. The first plate came medium well - to well done. I sent it back. Second time it came out medium well. I specifically sent it back asking if they had something more rare, she said "let me take care of it". I wasn't satisfied and was still charged.

My bill was over $7 for 3 coffee's. That's dumb
