NO NSA APPLE PIE!!!!!! WTF!!! NOT MANY PLACES CARRY NSA APPLE PIES, YOU JUST JOINED THEM. NO REASON NOT TO GO THERE NEXT TIME.

Please put CORN BREAD on the menu! This has been a problem for me for a long time. While I prefer the Sharis menu, there's no CORN BREAD. Solution: Skip Sharis & go on down the street to Sargent's Cafe where they do keep Corn Bread on the menu. Just sayin'

The waitress got our pie order wrong and the food was only lukewarm when we received it. I also noticed that the salad wasn't fresh as there were some of the lettuce that was already rotting. I've never had this service at Shari's. The waitress didn't check back at our table except at the end of the meal. We needed to ask her for a fork when she served our pie as the silverware we had was taken along with our dirty dishes. Great improvement is needed.

We never received menus when we were seated. Our waiter did not show up to our table till we had been sitting there for 15-20 mins. I never did get the refill I had asked for. However, when he was at our table he was a nice guy. And my sons order was late getting to the table, cause the cook never made it.

You dont get a choice of jelly flavor with your breakfast! And i ordered your french dip, well i got a very small amount of au ju, unlike when we go to other shari's we get a decent amount!

I ordered the Denver omelet and it was slightly burned, the toast was burned, and the hash browns arrived late and were cold. My husband have the Belgium waffle and it was undercooked in the center. We come to this Shari's frequently and we have noticed the food is not up to the usual standard. The veggies served with a meal are always overcooked and cold. The rolls that sometimes come with a meal are always served cold.

Soup want hot. Salad was so wilted looked like it had been sitting overnight.

Took too long to be seated, not at all friendly, too long to take order, too long to receive food, ordered cinnamon roll but got sticky bun, other customers were leaving mad because of same reasons without getting food, other customers nearby were complaining of same reasons...been thee before, but never again!!!

I received an email, a couple of days ago, stating that a 50% discount on 1 entree, would be loaded on my Sharis card. Last night my husband and I had dinner and when I paid, I told the cashier that there was a discount on my card. She told me it was not there. She suggested I return in a couple of days to see if it was there. Well, I won't be doing that. I paid the bill. That is the reason I was not satisfied with my Sharis experience, last night.
