Took the one and only waitress, too long to take our order after we were seated. 2. Waited over 30 minutes to bring our food, no one was on the floor, and it was in the cooks window...3. Food was delivered finally, by the Waitress who took the order, she came ( out of the restroom area) I assume on a break. After she finally brought my husbands plate, she had to go back and get mine, made two trips. I had also ordered Coffee, which was finally brought to the table . I poured a cup and took a sip. It was luke warm. The food was cold. Our waitress never returned, A man was in the central area, I flagged him down and he heated my food up in the microwave. I never did get hot coffee, and my Husbands. Meal was cold as well. They blamed it on the Air Conditioning as it was extremely cold in the Diner. By the time I left and waited for my ticket which was brought by a different female. we had to wait again to Pay, the other female took the money. We used our car. I did leave a small cash tip, for the other female , as She at least was friendly to us and took our Money. We have decided not to return as this is getting worse, we have had unreported problems before, at different times.

Vegetables were stone cold, tartar sauce was scummed over like it had been sitting all day, cod and shrimp were sub par quality and we were put way in the back where the windows were dirty and I had to kill several large ants.

we placed an order for a certain salad specifying that the dressing be be on the side. When the order was ready for pick up, we asked the waitress to be sure to check whether the dressing was truly on the side. Not sure whether she checked at all. When we went to eat the salad, the chicken, dressing, croutons and other veggies were all combined in containers. The croutons were wet and I didn't care for the dressing. (That is why we order it on the side). There was very little chicken. It would have been so much better if the chicken had been filleted on top of the lettuce, not cut into little tiny 1/2" square pieces.Last week we had a wonderful salad with the chicken on top. We like to order on Wednesdays to enjoy the pie. Our daughter stops on her way home from work.Thank you for reading complaints. It can't be as much fun as the survey that has all good to report.

Asked for fresh decaf, got older. Tasted stale. Soup was tepid, not hot. Bread on sandwich was dry, dry, dry. Had to ask for condiments. Had to have bread on sandwich replaced. Woman who initially waited on me was disinterested; don't know her name. Woman whose name is on slip is waitress that took over and she was much nicer and more attentive. Restaurant was not slammed. Second time I have tried this location in Bend and won't be going back to it. Some Shari's locations are great but this one isn't.

SERVER DID NOT GREET, SEEMED ANGRY AT US WHEN WE ORDERED, WHEN DELIVERING FOOD TO US LITERALLY THREW PLATES ON TABLE AND WALKED AWAY NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. MEANWHILE SHE WAS PLEASANT TO THE TABLE NEXT TO US AND GAVE THEM GOOD SERVICE. SERVER DESCRIPTION TALL DARK HAIRED LADY. WE GO TO THAT SHARIS AT LEAST 1-2 TIME PER WEEK AND THIS IS THE FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD THERE. WE WILL NOT SIT IN THIS SERVERS SECTION AGAIN THOUGH

Took twenty minutes to receive our breakfast and it was almost too cold to eat when we were served.

on the menu it looked like a side of pancakes for $2.69. It ended up being $6.69 for 2 pancakes!

Your new computer system for placing an order and cooking the food should be done away with. At least five times in our past visits one of our orders have been cold. Whoever came up with this idea should not have a job in food service, and must not have ever worked as a line cook, or knows how to cook to order. All was fine until this new system was put in place. Cannot recommend you to our friends, because I don't know how their food would arrive. Very, very, disappointed in Shari's. The manager did all she could to make it right and sent my order back and had it re-cooked and did not charge us for it. Unfortunately this is not the first time she has had to have our order redone so our food is served hot, since this new system was put in place. She also told us corporate would not let them change back to the old system. Makes me feel you only care about your bottom line and not the customers satisfaction. We will be frequenting more of the locally owned restaurants. This is your loss, because we really liked eating at Shari's before this change.

So disappointed that KEY LIME PIE was gone. It's your best pie, & the reason I went in that morning. I wish you had KEY LIME PIE all year round. When I know it's out of season I just don't go in as often. My closest restaurant is a Shari's, but I'll drive clear across town to another where I know they have KEY LIME PIE all year. Key Limes aren't like strawberries -- no real restricting season. Why do you do this ?
