We arrived to find other guest waiting just to pay their bills. Noone to cashier, & noone around to seat people. A guest found someone finally, & no apology given to anyone for long waits. Finally seated & waited quite awhile for our waitress. No drinks offered. Waitress came in a hurry wanting our orders & we were still trying to get drinks ordered. Seem to bother her that we asked for drinks as well. Food took quite awhile to get. Out of ordered T-Bone steak. Soup came cold to table. Hamburgers were extremly dry. Iced Tea was old & sour tasting. Sirloin steak ordered medium well, came soo bloody, that it soaked the french fries on plate & made them all not edible. Other steak was ordered medium rare & it came back almost burnt. Asked waitress to have steaked cooked to medium well, she definitely seemed bothered, & said "that is what rare looks like". I said "I didn't order rare & showed her pool of steak blood in my plate & soaked fries. She would not replace fries & emptied a small plate on table we were using & took steak only back. It then came back still raw inside & too tough to chew. I gave up. Banana cream pie & choc lava cake came with all melted on plates. NO excuses.

I work in Hotel management. I sat at the closest table to the lottery section. Waitress said that complimentary beverages are only if you eat at the machines. My plate was bigger than tha small table there. She agreed that would be impractical to eat prime rib there. I told her that I'd eat somewhere else next time, and order water. She reversed the soda charge.

The food price has gotten bad. The punt of French fries has gotten less and less. I ordered a French dip and got the one with Swiss and then it took me 10 minutes to get my waitress and then she took it back and the fixed it but i had less fries when it came back and they were cold and the same ones because they still had the Swiss on some of the fries. The bread was soggy. It took forever to get another drink from the waitress and it tasted horrible (strawberry lemonade)
