Our first trip to this Shari's was a year ago and the service was terrible. My sister convinced me to try it again after she had an amazing experience this last month. Our severs Ivy was great! She helped us pick out a great meal and was very prompt to keep our drinks refilled even though she was quite busy. The food was amazing and our complements go out to the chef. Overall we are definitely pleased with this company and how it has turned around. We will definitely be back!

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE AND OUR WAITRESS WHO SERVED IT AND THAT Was roberta. as always roberta does an excellent job. my toaST WAS VERY BROWN AND WAS OFFERED TO MAKE NEW, BUT SAID NO IT WAS FINE WITH ME. ENDING WE ARE VERY PLEASED.
