It felt like eating out with family, everyone was so kind and eager to serve and very friendly. They went out of there way to take care of us. The food was wonderful and I enjoyed taking home a slice of pie for later in the evening. It is the highlight of our week. I always look forward to going to Sharis.

Quick to be seated. The staff are always very friendly. Told us monthly special pies, and of course we had to buy one.

339920 Tiffany was our waitress and was incredible in educating my sister in what foods she could eat.... My sister is highly sensitive to gluten... Tiffany is the best customer service that I have seen in a really long time and I have been a business owner for 30 years.... if I still had my store I would have recruited her and left my business card in a heart beat.... Tiffany should be in a training position for new hires.... Thank you tiffany for having an answer for each question my sister had.... hands down "tiffany your a rockstar"

Ivy was a great server! She was taking care of two big tables and quite a few small ones on her own when we came in. She was prompt and very attentive, my husband is on a strict gluten free diet and Ivy brought him a gluten free menu, up until now we didn't even know Shari's had one. Ivy was great and we will definitely be coming back because of her exceptional customer service!
