Shari's

Ordered the steak medium rare, received it as rare. Way UNDERCOOKED. Other than that, the meals were great. I would like to commend our hostess Brittany for her knowledge of the menu items and what the kitchen had. Your evening manager, handled some potentially bothersome freeloaders in the front door area with professionalism and discretion. As one that retired as a manager I commend her for a job well done! You have a good staff there.

I have lunch almost every week. Service is prompt and cheerful. Food is consistently good.

Shrari's are the best restaurants in the Eugene, Oregon area. I have been to all of them, but the manager (Daniel) and his staff at the W. 11th Ave are my favorite. This restaurant has a 10 rating in all areas. Food is great, staff members are friendly.

Everything is always fantastic

The server and the food. Joe our server gets top marks for friendly attentiveness and genuine engagement. Serve ware has been upgraded since our last visit along with food presentation and garnishes which definitely added to our enjoyment. Shari's always has solid menu items that we enjoy and the upgrade added to the experience as well as the flavor.

Alicia is an amazing server !!! She has a nice smile . She knows her job and is the reason we keep coming back .

When I discovered I didn't have my Shari's card with me, the server looked it up in the computer and found that I did have a $5 off entree. Sadly, I came in too early to get free pie on Wednesday so didn't get the desert I was thinking of. Everything was delicious and I love Chocolate Pie, but being single I can't eat a whole pie if I chose to make one. There are not many places that make a good chocolate pie. Shari's does.
