My wife and I comes to the west 11th store in eugene oregon at least twice a week and are very satisfied with all the staff and the food.

My husband is diabetic and we can find foods that meet his needs on the menu. I follow some strict dietary guidelines and also can find appropriate items.

My friends and I frequently come to sharis to study for tests and midterms while enjoying milkshakes. The staff always let's us plug in our laptops and gives us plenty of coffee

Our server, Ivy, did a wonderful job at being attentative and providing marvelous customer service. We witnessed her dealing very well with a highly intoxicated and disruptive customer while still meeting every other customers needs with a very positive attitude. Ivy was working very hard last night and we believe she deserves recognition and appreciation for her hard work. We hope to have Ivy as our server again.

The server, Ivy, was not only attentive to detail, but also incredibly kind and understanding. She listened to my order and made sure it was correct. Truly outstanding server! 5 stars.
