We love coming to Shari's and eating. We really enjoy the waitresses they are all real great and genuinely care about their customers. Brandy our waitress is exemplary in her job and service and as a result we continue to come back again and again with great satisfaction.

We go to this Shari's W.11th in Eugene, OR. quite often. In fact we were closer to another Shari's a few weeks ago. Went in, and had a not so nice experience there and swore never to go back to that Shari"s. At the W. 11th Shari's. They recognize us and greet us specially greet us and converse a bit. We had two Lunch Trios (for dinner). Without a menu in front of me, I can't tell you exactly what we had, but I don't like Blue Cheese dressing, so our wait-person, Alex, said I could have any dressings I wanted. Shari's has the best fresh-made salads in the world so both my wife and I were very pleased (we are ALWAYS at Shari's). But, we were surprised with our wait-person being so helpful as this was the first time we'd seen him, but he was perfect! Keep up the good work!!

Ivy is always great, and manages the unruly and unpredictable after-dark diner crowd with aplomb. Her recommendations are always great, and she adds a personal touch written in syrup to every slice of pie!

We live in one hour away from this Restaurant. When we do heavy shopping we always stop at this Eugene store. Always very pleasant, and the food is always very good.

Roberta was our server and she was excellent! The food was great, served quickly and served hot. All of the staff were attentive and courteous.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times, and have always found it satisfactory. I know when I go or take others there, we will have a good experience.
