Jamie is an excellent server, as soon as we walked in the door she knew exactly what we wanted to drink & how we liked our meal. She also remembers every single time. She is so friendly we even enjoy our meal more when she is our server.

This visit was kind of crazy. We got there early enough but the restaurant was pretty full. Our waitress Naomi was awesome. The food was great, loved turkey special and my husband loved the ham meal. Forgot to give the cashier our survey receipt so we didn't get my drink free. That made our bill go up by 4.49. Kind of bummed that we didn't give the receipt to e cashier.

The food was good and the server was cheerful and friendly.

I live in Washington and eat at my local Shari's a lot. Visiting Eugene for the week, I was happy to find a Shari's in Santa Clara, and I knew I would be eating there on several days during my visit.

The food and service is consistently good, and the whole staff is genuinely caring. The price of the food is affordable. It is like eating at home, away from home.

Always a pleasant experience. Food is reliably good and staff is friendly and accommodating.

Its like family, thanks for honoring Veterans Day,and a follow up on December 7. Many happy faces at both events.
