the server Jamie was excellent. she kept our soda refilled. checked on us several times after we received our order and gave us our check in a timely manner. She was super friendly and upbeat. Made our experience great!

They cook for us.

We eat at this Sheri’s routinely & will be there again tomorrow morning for breakfast. This Santa Clara-Eugene location is excellent and we often eat at the west 11th Ave. Eugene location . But we had a bad meal recently, at the Sheri’s at the Springfield "Gateway” location interstate 5 and Highway 569 in Eugene Springfield Oregon. Had symptoms of food poisoning after a turkey dinner.

Good food, good service on a busy day before Thanksgiving.

Best service we have ever had. We were sat immediately. Our server warm warm and entertaining. He made us excited for our food and it wasn’t a disappointment. Thank you Steve

We really like this location and go quite often at least once a week. The crew is very friendly and know us when we come in. like the fact that there is a Shari's card.

Tammy C is amazing as well as older gentleman. We always get Tammy which we love. She is super sweet and a great server and super patient with kiddos. The problem was with this young girl whom was cashier. She appeared to have an attitude was rude to the older sweet gentleman who was working circles around her. She passed our table several times asking us to buy pie but never took our plates. She also couldn’t answer question and asked us to ask server. The older gentleman took our plates every time he passed. The younger gal before ringing us up saw a couple receipts and wadded them up to throw away. The older gentleman was working on those receipts. Which was rude then she couldn’t figure out Shari’s card and the sweet older guy tried to show her. She was rude, curt and arrogantly said “you need to let me do that, ok” She asked for help he tried and she was rude, she then pushed the 6 th time for us to buy a pie!

The service was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was good. The amount was just right.

Helen is an excellent server. She always remembers me and my order. My food is cooked quickly and just right. The entire staff seems to enjoy working together and there is a positive atmosphere in the restaurant. I also love the mints!!!
