Shari's

I brought my mom and aunt from Germany to sharia because I go there a lot myself. I was very satisfied the way we were treated by our server "Dixie Lee", this is why I wanted to do the survey because she has been the most friendly and attentive waitress we had so far at this sharis location.

It's always clean and the food almost always tastes perfect. It's the temperature that it is when we receive our order that I'm not always happy with. The servers are all great. Tom, the mgr, is always wearing a smile.

I eat at Shari's quite regularly and I always enjoy the food and the entire staff.

Staff very friendly and competent. We enjoy going there.

Stephanie is always AWESOME!!! The orders always come out right :-) She always recommends the perfect dessert to compliment a meal. She knows everything about Shari's, backwards and forwards. She would make an excellent Shari's manager! :-)

It was very busy and we still received great service and food out in a timely matter.

Shari's atmosphere, service and food are consistently pleasant. Our waitress/server, Grace, was relaxed and friendly, and attentive. We had a positive end to a busy day.

WE were seated at a table and my back started to hurt. We asked to be moved to an open booth and the server complied with a smile. My only suggestion is that maybe its time to change the free food option choices on this survey. I would like to try some new items.

We were seated promptly. The menu had lots of good options. The coffee was good. Waitress was friendly.

Waitress is super awesome! Very friendly and attentive! Goes above and beyond to see that we were comfortable and that our food was exactly as we wanted it. Give this gal a raise!!
