I had a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, Margaret was a warm and inviting brand ambassador. Her service was friendly and attentive. After a long day and trying night it is essential to sanity to have a good server in a happy place. A michelin quality dessert!

Our waitress was the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and foods served by the restaurant. She is always happy and efficient!

Arrived a little after 7:00 a.m. Our server, Laura was so busy and so efficient. Everything happened in a very timely manner even though Laura seemed to be alone in the dining area. We always had what we needed when we needed it. Laura was also the cashier, hostess, coffee maker, and server. She just did an excellent job.

I always know what to expect at this ShariS: a quick greeting, quick, friendly beverage service upon seating, and attentive service thereafter. The food is always well-prepared, and a good value.

My name is Katie, and I frequent the River Road location with my boyfriend Jake. We absolutely adore the food and service we are provided. Our favorite server is Miss Dixie Lee, whom we've been very lucky to have almost every time. She always treats us with such respect and genuine kindness and that alone is one of the biggest reasons we continue to be regular diners at this particular location. I personally feel that she deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service!
