The wait staff and managers at this Shari's are all friendly and nice. The food is consistently good and priced reasonably. We have just discovered the Friday night prime rib and really love it! The pies are always delicious.

jaime, the best server i have had the privilege of meeting, right on with the coffee, order, all good felt at home need more servers like jaime, feels like i am a special person to be waited on had more like her the place would be packed, how come she isnt getting more hours? you have servers like john, mary,dave they act like they are lost, if i was the boss i would trim the herd get people like jaime,grace and cull the slow lazy ones

Good, friendly prompt service, hot coffee, decent food

It was really busy as it usually is on Pie Night. We really didn't have to wait very long to get our order taken. The food came pretty fast too. My plate of food could have been a little warmer but it tasted very good. The pie was awesome tasting and we finally got pieces that were the size they should be. I was surprised that the hostess didn't ask us if we would like to have drinks. Then our waitress didn't ask us either and we had to ask her to come back and take our order and she left again without getting one of the ladies in our party's order. It seemed like you had to be one of the guys to get her to take your order. Hum...

Waitress very friendly and competent. All evening shift staff at this location are very friendly and efficient. We had Grace this evening. We eat regularly at this location, mostly because of staff. You have two new younger hostesses Nikki & Emily who are doing an excellent job of learning the customers needs and wishes. They should also be commended.

Our waiter for very friendly and hospitable. He was very attentive, asking how the food was, if there was anything he could get us and was constantly filling our water glasses. We didn't have to ask for anything, he was always a step ahead. He should be given a raise! His name is John O., 352270.
