This Shari's was well-lit and very clean. The waitress was very cheery and knowledgeable. The food was yummy. I was a good girl and cleaned my plate!! (-; My Mama and my Grandmother would be very proud, but you just can't leave something that yummy on your plate. And talk about yummy - so is the apple pie I brought home!! So good heated with vanilla ice cream on top to melt down over the pie. I thought I'd died and gone to Heaven!!

The staff was very friendly. The food was great. The manager checked in with us. Very genuine and engaging. Great smile. It made our dining experience one to remember. We will tell our friends.

Sandy is the greatest! Very attentive and friendly, a great person (and no, we're not related)!

This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. The choices were excellent. The food was excellent. Service couldn't be better. I'm very particular and not easily impressed. I wish you had restaurants in Dallas TX.

Waitress knows our names. Remembers we like a booth. Takes care to fix a detail if the cook misses. (like forgetting to put bacon on a sand. our grandson ordered). Bacon came out right away.
