Always good food and service. Often a long wait between order and receiving food. I guess that means you are busy - not surprising

The manager was really nice

I was seated promptly. My order was not large but it was served quickly and appropriately. The staff know me as I am a regular customer, and they were quite accommodating and also engage in some conversation with me. I think it is because they see that I am always by myself, so they make a point of engaging in some light conversation with me. I was in about 4:30 pm and one of the male waitpersons waited on me this time in the main dining area.

The Santa Clara store in Eugene Oregon has always been a friendly and attentive store. Your are greeted, seated and drinks are ordered. You are never rushed and its a joyful outing.

The food is always reliably good and we feel comfortable in trying new items because we have not been disappointed with any new dishes we have tried.

the servers are very friendly, the food is great, the restaurant is well lit and clean.The Manager takes time to learn your name and greet you in sincere fashion. I eat here at least twenty times per month.This means I eat here more than any other place in a month.

Everyone is cordial and pleasant and seems to take pleasure in helping customers. Our server the last two visits was SANDRA, who is the best of the best--sense of humor, attitude, going out of her way to please us!

I like your new menu. At a quick glance, seems like all the breakfast thigs are the same price - $10.49 - so it's easy to decide to get something you like. No quibling in my mind over a dollar. Helen, my usual server, is great. So is Jackie!

As always, excellent service from Helen, our favorite waitress, and tasty breakfasts! Fast and efficient service, with just the right number of check ins with us to make sure we had what we needed. We love our Shari's, and visit often!
