Our server Stephanie was great, Our daughter was having a moment and she was very understanding and handled her very sweetly and was able to make our daughter in a better mood. THANKS AGAIN,,,Steph 1!!!!

I've always been astonished with the fantastic atmosphere of the Santa Clara Shari's!!! Moments after I arrived I was seated, all the servers have such great attitudes. The restaurant is very clean and the manager Thomas is always very kind, and my server Jackie was a delight!!! I will be returning very soon!!!

The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. Laura is a terrific waitress giving attention to every need and making certain I was satisfied with the food and service.

Thomas is an amazing manager ! When we think of Shari's we think of Thomas Reeve. He always knows us when we come in. He knows our name and knows what we like. They were very busy today and he saw us come in, went and bussed the table we usually like and seated us. He chatted briefly, got us drinks and then went back to work. Laura stopped by in just minutes to take our order. The food arrived in timely and was great! Thanks, Thomas & Laura for another great dining experience at Shari's. 😁

Waitress was very good and very attentive. Order was correct and meal was paced very well so it was enjoyable.
