We had an excellent server, named Grace who helped us with food descriptions and had a great sense of humor. She was very courteous, and was a good server.

I love Shari's and have been coming here for years. I enjoy the atmosphere and generally the service is good and employees pleasant.

We have been in restaurants that do not care about customers. Sharis has 5 star service in customer service, quality of food, and pricing. We will always eat out at Shari's.

Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. However, there was another server who was being obnoxious. He was too loud, and also complaining about how tired he was, and how much he needed a break. The manager finally stepped in and cleaned up a mess he had made (he dropped some dishes at the servers station) and sent him away, I suppose for a break. It was not a pleasant experience. But our server, Grace, was terrific. We are hoping to see her again.
