Shari's

I ordered coffee to begin and it was brought to the table promptly. I ordered a cheeseburger/fries and was surprised how quickly it was served, and a hot temperature. It was properly prepared and eye-appealing. The wait person, who was new to me, asked if I would be ordering pie, as well. So the experience went by the book in all ways.

We have been going to this location for twenty years. This was the first time we had to wait due to only two wait staff and a harried manager. Our waitress, Stephanie Melton was still cheerful and going out of her way to make sure all customers were taken care of at 7:10 PM. Even after being there since 9:30 AM. With all the waiting we still had a satisfactory meal and a relaxed time.

Sandra # 9 was our server .A very friendly and attentive person. Our coffee was serve at once nice and hot as was the cups just a great service. She checked on us many times for our needs and delivered the ticket with a question: do you want to take home one of great pies. just a fun outing. Thomas stopped by and ask about our day and the quality of the meal. This business is an asset to the neighbor hood. Great employee's as this are hard to find these day's. Thanks Sharis

The server (Steven at the river road Shari's in Eugene Oregon) was awesome and very polite. The food was good, and the environment was good. Overall it was a great experience.

The restaurant was clean and inviting. The service was great. Grace was our waitress and she was friendly and efficient! The pie tasted delicious!!

Jacki is a FANTASTIC server, so is Laura. They were so friendly right when I walked in, and I was seated immediately. The manager Thomas is always so friendly and you can tell he always wants his customers to have the best experience whenever they come to the Santa Clara Shari's. It's the best Shari's in town!!!!

It was fairly busy and our sever Steph -1 was great .We were a party of nine got our order taken right away beverages always filled and what was so amazing she didn't right a thing down and remembered everything.WOW!!!

Our waitress was very attentive and explained a couple things. It's a pleasure to go to such a nice, clean place. The manager that takes our money is very nice as well. Always visits with each person.
