I bought only a pie, but I was promptly acknowledged and helped. The transaction was rapid and pleasant.

at this location most of the staff, including buspersons and cleaners as well as wait staff and Managers are very friendly. It makes the experience more pleasant.

Our waiter Steven was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. Great place as always!

I've been going to this Shari's, (Santa Clara, Oregon), for 21 years. I enjoy the varide menu. The pies are FANTASTIC. Like homemade. My favorite is the strawberry - rhubarb. The servers are friendly and accommodating. Their coffee has a wonderful taste, but is too strong for me. SO, when I ask, they give me a pot of coffe AND a pot of hot water, so I can mix to my liking. I SO appreciate that kind of service. And now that,they have this rewards program, it just the cherry on top of the sundae. Thanks, Shari's! 'Becca, Eugene, Oregon

The food is a good bargain for the price.

Sandra # 9 She is special and professional and attentive to making sure that your experience is a good one. Always a happy person to be around. Other staff that we had contact with Thomas the Manager, Mary the hostess and Pat who with out there would be no dish ware to use for the food. The Santa Clara cafe is a positive for the neighbor hood with such a great support staff. Never do you enter this store with out a happy greeting from employee's. Thank You Sharis

Helen was our waitress and was attentive and courteous. The food was very good and served promptly.

Not too often do we go out to eat and find everything right! Everything tasted great, service was super, host was really on his game, de-caf coffee was just right :-). Thank you.
