Shari's

The employees are very kind and do there best to accommodate you with any and all requests. There's. Young man named Steve who is one of the best servers I have ever had. The younger Stephenie is always in a good mood. I like the food choices. The varied menu. It's not too far from home. I've been going to the Santa Clara banch since 1995/6. I've tried the one onW. 11th in Eugene and the one on Beltline in Springfield. They are. NOWHERE as good as the one In Santa clara.

Friendly and fast.

Our waitress was delightfully pleasant, friendly, and on top of things. I too am a server for a Sr. Center and do catered events. I know how important it is to be personal. She was concerning and very personable. Server # 250641 Melissa. I didn't know her name until I just looked at the receipt. Shame on me. I will request her if possible next visit.

While I was not immediately acknowledged when I entered by either employee (one was idle) at the checkout, I was greeted and sat within a few minutes and had ice water delivered straightaway. The waitperson was upbeat, friendly, and efficient. My meal was very, very tasty. I had a new item with a Mediterranean flair and I will go back to have it again. There was a bit too much sour cream in my stuffed hashbrowns; that was unfortunate but overall they hashbrowns were very good.

Holly does a great job for us, very friendly & personal. Always remembers what we like. She is great! Paying the bill always kinds takes awhile, tonight was a little better than normal. Biggest thing we dislike about Shari's is the video poker. That cheapens the restaurant, cheapens the overall experience, and honestly it brings in the kind of patrons which give the restaurant a bit of a creepy feel. I'm sure it's a big money maker for Shari's, given the choice I'd rather not see it or even be around it. Just being honest.

Our server was excellent. His name is Shay. He was attentive, knew his menu, friendly and very efficient.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Sharis. Naomi had a lovely smile and great personality and the rest of the staff were great as well. I had the stroganoff and it was delicious. I asked before hand what the staff thought about the new menu item and no one had tried it. That is shocking. How can the people who are "selling" the item sell it if they don't know how it tastes? Anyway, it was delicious and very worth it.

Sandra # 9 a great server always very attentive to our needs. She has a friendly attitude and goes the extra step to see that we have hot coffee and that our food was prepared as we like it. And don't forget the pie reminder. Thanks Sharis
