Shari's

I have gone back and forth with myself about saying anything. But I feel that this should be dealt with. I watch a female server berate a manger by telling him to f off several times and slam things down and then slam a door. This is not the first time she has had a fit in front of customers. It needs to be addressed.

I dine here quite often. I particularly like the ambience; it is homey, but I dine alone. The wait staff is aware of me and most of the seasoned employees are usually quite nice to me. I appreciate the attention. I use the 5% discount after spending $100 quite often. However, I feel the main menu, esp. for mid-day, is somewhat stagnant. There are only a few items I ever order for that reason. The burgers are too expensive for one thing. And the Seniors might have a lunch offering other than salads. Thank you.

I go to Shari's at least once or twice a week because I like the menu, the food and the friendliness of the staff.

Shari's is reliable in having good food at a reasonable cost. I go frequently and enjoy it...

greatly appreciate the "to go" option, of yummy side dishes, for holiday meals.

Steven, our waiter, was superb with his excellence service. He mentioned he was new. Still he presented himself very well. Our food was prepared properly. Steven's kind attention was not intrusive, but welcomed.
