Your staff knows me by name and always offers a friendly greeting. I love pancakes and strawberries! I go to this Shari's every Friday.

Sandra # 9 This lady is the greatest server. Offers several table options you decide and than the service begins. Hot coffee, time to look over the menu, order taken, food served, hot and tasty. Lots of follow ups. a pie is offered. Chef Arturio is fantastic, short visit from the manager Thomas. Just a great experience. Thank you

First of all we were seated right as the next on shift was clocking on and we over heard her coworker letting her know we would be her first table and she promptly made an appearance to introduce herself. We were grateful to have such a high spirited waitress last, as it's not always the case for us. She was alwayss there to ask if we'd like a refil before our drinks were even gone. She managed herself better than a lot of waitresses we've witnessed. And as for the food, other than you guys being out of chicken and waffles was as good as ever. Thank you for having a great team last night. Or family appreciates it.

Our server was awesome! He's the best! Hope we run into him again.

Our waitress Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She was very family friendly, made recommendations based on our needs and went above and beyond to make us comfortable as well showed patience with our family as our little ones took awhile to say what they wanted and we had a few special orders.

I ordered an item from the menu (stuffed hash browns) that the menu clearly stated "sour cream" was part of the "stuffing". There was NO sour cream anywhere in the hash browns; some cheese but no sour cream). IF it's going to state on the menu it's in there; it should be in there, OR not written on the menu explicitly.
