Shari's

Is been my favorite restaurant for years and continues to amaze me, I love how happy the servers are, the relaxed atmosphere and how quick we get served with perfection.

For one thing, I hit it lucky just after the lunch rush. The food was good, the wait person that led me to a table also took my order as I knew what I wanted. A few minutes later, the person who worked that section came to take my order, and was surprised someone already had done so. The food followed shortly and was very good. I was quite pleased that my wait person, named Tina, took a minute or two to bring me up to speed on which employee was where. I have been a customer of this general area for 13 years. I had been away for a few months and things change quickly. I am closer to the Shari's on West 11th, but I find it difficult to depend on reliable service, especially when it was important, so don't go there now. Thanks for keeping up the good work. (Oh, and although the Newly remodeled restuarant in Springfield is pretty, it isn't as homey as the old style.) Too cold. Thanks for keeping a really good menu! Happy Thanksgiving.

Great service from a friendly staff. Greeted by multiple staff members throughout the visit, they create a very inviting atmosphere.

Good was great. Service was fantastic.

I was happy with our waitress, Sandra, she was very friendly. The store is very clean. I thought the manager was a tad to stiff, could have been friendlier. Tsize of my french dip was small but very good.

Sharia has improved a lot over the last year I frequently River Road location in Eugene Oregon

The seasonal menu had changed, and when we arrived we were told it was still the same.
